How much does a handyman visit cost?
The service call is $69 and covers the trip and the diagnosis. Say yes to the repair and that $69 comes off your bill, so you only pay the repair price. Most repairs are $159 in labor plus parts at cost. Handyman jobs are priced per item, or $85/hr for bigger work — see the pricing section above.
Do you really work nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes, 365 days a year. Emergencies are handled around the clock with a $120 after-hours call-out fee. For non-urgent work we'll book the earliest slot that works for you, often the same day.
What areas do you serve?
Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria and surrounding Northern Virginia. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask.
Can I bundle several small jobs?
That's the best way to do it. The half-day rate ($295 for 4 hours) is built for exactly that. One visit, one price for the whole list.
Are parts included in the price?
Prices are labor only unless noted. Parts and materials are billed at cost with the receipt included. Or you can buy the parts yourself and we'll install them.
